About the Role
Build relationships with clients and ensure their success with our platform. You'll be the primary point of contact for our European customers, helping them maximize value from our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion
- Collaborate with product team to communicate customer feedback
- Create and deliver customer training sessions
- Monitor customer health metrics and take proactive action
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with customer-first approach
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- No previous experience required - full training provided
