6. Fees and Payment

Our recruitment services are provided to employers on a fee basis, typically calculated as a percentage of the candidate's first-year salary. Specific fee structures are outlined in individual service agreements. Candidates do not pay fees for our placement services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BrightPath Recruiters GmbH or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide high-quality recruitment services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or placements.

9. Limitation of Liability
